Our servers are located in the United Kingdom and Ireland. How long do we keep your personal data for?

We keep a record of your information for as long as you have an active account with Super Subbie in order to provide you with the necessary services. If at any time you wish to delete your account with Super Subbie contact info@supersubbie.com. After an account has been deleted all personal data is permanently deleted.

Your rights in relation to personal data

You can, at any time, choose not to provide us with personal information, but please note that some information may be needed in order to set up user account and to make use of Super Subbie. You can at any time withdraw or delete your user account and your personal information will not be shared with others.

Marketing communications
You can opt-in to receive certain promotional or marketing communications from us at any time, by adjusting your preferences in the setting on our website.

If you have any account for our service, we will still send you non-promotional communications, like service related emails.

Access to and control of the information we collect
You have options in relation to the information that we have about you which are described below. To exercise these options, please contact us.

  • Get your information corrected or deleted. You can update your information on the website and in our apps. If you have problems with updating the information or if you would like us to delete it, please contact us.
